Walk & Talk

Not everyone finds it easy to connect through a screen.

Sometimes the best breakthroughs happen outside the office. Walk & Talk sessions combine therapy with fresh air and gentle movement — perfect for ADHD and neurodivergent minds.

Therapy that moves with you!

Walk and talk therapy is a great way to use the environment as a support to help you open up if the thought of getting deep with a stranger feels scary!

Walking side by side can reduce feelings of pressure or intensity in therapy sessions as well as give the body a healthy outlet to allow emotions to be processed and felt in ways that can feel less overwhelming.

This option is available to those living in and around Montreal. Fee structure might vary depending on location, access, and time frame.

Book a 20 minute consult call to ask any questions you might have and see if walk and talk therapy could be a good fit for you!

  • Because I’m familiar with the neighbourhood I often suggest Verdun Park by the Lachine Canal. It has access to different types of nature and options for more private environments.

If you have somewhere else you’d rather explore while we talk, let me know and we can see if we can make it work.

  • Yes! I offer this option to clients I have already built a relationship with. The session fee structure is different as it has to account for travel time and usually lasts longer than a typical 50 minute session.

Reach out for more details and to co-create an option that feels supportive to you. The path we choose must be populated and include a clear path.

  • I keep the same base hourly rate for regular walk and talk sessions. I charge $180 for sessions held in Verdun or equally accessible locations.

If the session takes place farther away or takes longer (up to 3 hours max) then we will agree on the session fee ahead of the appointment based on those factors.
